Leadership Training
RECATI provides leadership training for various age groups and through various means. Leadership training is not just for people to become prefects and executives of organizations and associations, but also for basic personal development. It is believed that everyone can become a leader, because leadership is basically about influence.
- Rehoboth Ephraim Leadership Challenge – Outdoors (RELiC-O)
This is a personal development program for children ages 10-16. Most of the activities are outdoor activities. It takes place second Saturday in October. - Rehoboth Ephraim Leadership Challenge – Indoors (RELiC-I)
This is a personal development program for children ages 10-16. Most of the activities are indoor activities. It takes place second Saturday in February. - Rehoboth Ephraim EduFun (REEF)
This program is for children ages 10-16, and it has two parts. In the first part the students interact with a professional, learning about the person’s job and they are involved in activities that relate to personal development. In the second part, the students learn a little about swimming (practical) and they play games in the water. It takes place second Saturday in May. - Carbon to Diamond (C-2-D)
This is a three day personal development program for children ages 13-16. The method of delivery is different from RELiC. Although the format is more serious than RELiC, the children do have fun experiences. This program takes place during the second term break. - Leaders in Training (LIT)
This program is a personal development program for secondary school students, especially 13-16 year olds. They meet with their facilitator once a week for about thirty minutes. The curriculum is for three years. Each year a book is studied and other relevant topics are discussed. - God’s Unique Individuals Desiring Excellence (GUIDE)
This group is for those who have passed through LIT or C-2-D and still want to continue with RE programs. Most of the interactions are done through the group’s WhatsApp page.
- Rehoboth Ephraim Annual Leadership Training (REAL T)
This is a one day program taking place in the outdoors. Participants of LIT, GUIDE, and C-2-D are invited, with one or two other people based on certain criteria. It is a leadership training that makes use of some of the knowledge taught in the two programs and encourages interactions with students who have gone through similar programs. It takes place second week of November.
